I do not recall doing it, but the edited version in Lightroom is definitely different to the one I originally posted on the forum. On the other hand, as I am putting up my POTD images either on the taking date or close to it, sometimes the shots have not been processed to completion. That's probably what happened here as the tones in the photo on the AP website are identical to the one I sent them and all theu have done is resize it.

After posting my previous response, I remembered that this image was included in my entry to the first round of this season's monthly print competition and the modification date on the PSD file is consistent with that. Thus I must have reworked it at that point and is proof, if needed, that it is always good to leave a bit of time betwen taking a shot and processing it as you can view it with a greater detachment.

As a postscript, I have just received my prize. It was accompanied by a letter with my name and address on it, but which started "Dear Steve" .........
